Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions for clients. This role involves applying expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform to support technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior developers in the design and implementation of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Build and maintain solutions across core D365 CE modules including Customer Service, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Universal Resource Scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable business applications.
  • Implement integrations using custom APIs and contribute to ALM/DevOps using Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Ensure security and data integrity using Dataverse security roles and RBAC principles.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.

  • Working knowledge of key modules: Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys, URS.
  • Experience with Dataverse security roles and RBAC.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, version control, and deployment workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
