We are seeking a seasoned ESG Management System Lead to join our team at RCS Global Group. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and guide technical operations, drive innovation, and collaborate with industry experts.

Job Summary

The ESG Management System Lead will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of ESG audit checklists, collaborating with clients to understand business requirements, and providing technical support to internal teams and external clients.

About the Role

This role involves conducting onsite and remote audits, ensuring adherence to local regulations and international standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and guiding the technical operations of audit and advisory programs, driving process optimization, automation, and innovation within the Technical Team.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Technical Development
  • Lead the development and maintenance of ESG audit checklists and guidance documents
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems
Conduct Field Audits
  • Conduct onsite and remote ESG audits and provide advisory services, ensuring adherence to local regulations and international standards
Team Management
  • Lead and guide the technical operations of audit and advisory programs
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement initiatives

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in environment, law, human rights, or similar field
  • At least 10 years of management system auditing experience against standards like RBA, BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, ISO14001, ISO14064, ISO14067, ISO45001
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

Location

The role is based in Berlin or UK but open to remote working, with occasional travel overseas depending on business needs.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
