Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Sustainability Professional to join our team at Perpetual Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, with a focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving our ESG agenda and contributing to the development of a sustainable future for our clients and stakeholders.

  • Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies that align with our company's values and objectives.
  • Lead ESG Initiatives: Lead and coordinate various ESG initiatives, including data collection, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and external stakeholders, such as industry peers and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate ESG Performance: Communicate our ESG performance and progress to stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulators.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in sustainability or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
