Our Team is Looking for a Wait Staff Member

\

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our front of house team. As a wait staff member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and drinks in a timely manner.\
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service, communicate clearly with colleagues, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.\
  • Explain menu options to guests, suggest wine pairings, and assist with special requests or dietary needs.\
  • Upsell items and maximize sales opportunities by promoting our menu offerings.\
  • Ensure accuracy while ordering and delivering food and beverage orders, and liaise with the kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.\
  • Clear and reset tables, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure the service area remains clean and tidy.\\/ul>

Required Qualifications:

  • Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).\
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front of house roles.\
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, with reliable transportation.\\/ul>

Working Hours:

Job Type: Casual, Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Experience: Hospitality front of house: 1 year (preferred), Work Authorisation: Australia (required), Work Location: In person.
