Inventory Supply Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supply Coordinator to join our team.

The role involves conducting warehouse activities including receipt, handling, storage, packaging, and dispatch of materials.

  • Coordinate transportation and disposal of materials, including dangerous goods.
  • Operate load shifting equipment including forklift trucks.
  • Provide inventory reports on stock levels, non-conforming receipts and equipment shortages as requested.
  • Process product warranties and repairs in the inventory systems.
  • Adhere to all relevant OH&S policies, procedures and directives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse, inventory, supply chain or logistics role is essential.
  • A background in defence/aerospace-related industry would be advantageous.
  • A current Driver's Licence and forklift ticket are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, inventory management systems is necessary.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working to scheduled commitments is crucial.
  • An Australian Security Clearance at NV1 level is mandatory.
