Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and organized professional to fill the role of Inventory & Supply Officer

  • Manage warehouse activities including receipt, handling, storage, packaging, and dispatch with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate transportation and disposal of materials, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Operate load shifting equipment including forklift trucks with confidence and expertise.
  • Provide accurate and timely inventory reports on stock levels, non-conforming receipts, and equipment shortages as requested.
  • Process product warranties and repairs in the inventory systems with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all relevant OH&S policies, procedures, and directives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse, inventory, supply chain, or logistics role is essential.
  • Experience in working within defence/aerospace-related industry is highly preferred.
  • Current Driver's Licence and forklift ticket are mandatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, inventory management systems is required.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working to scheduled commitments.
  • Australian Security Clearance at NV1 level is a must-hold requirement.
