Deliver strategic employment relations practices and drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The successful candidate will

  • Maintain awareness of emerging employment laws and industry best practice to ensure our ER practices remain compliant and future-ready
  • Develop leader capability by building relationships with senior leaders, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and creating engaging and insightful training sessions
  • Plan and execute change initiatives, including forward-looking roadmaps and continuous improvement projects
  • Oversee templates, knowledge bases, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate data, support audits, and deliver insights that inform decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Optimize processes, enhance operational systems, and implement sustainable ways of working
  • Guide complex case handling, investigations, and resolutions with fairness, consistency, and procedural integrity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Relations Operations Lead who

  • Has a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and ER practices
  • Has proven experience managing projects, resources, and operational workflows
  • Can interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Achieves high standards in documentation, compliance, and content management
  • Is skilled in explaining complex concepts and engaging stakeholders across all levels
