Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a warehouse, inventory, and supply chain environment. They will be responsible for conducting warehouse activities, including receipt, handling, storage, packaging, and dispatch. The successful candidate will also coordinate transportation and disposal of materials, including dangerous goods, operate load shifting equipment, and provide inventory reports as requested.

  • Operate load shifting equipment, including forklift trucks.
  • Provide inventory reports on stock levels, non-conforming receipts, and equipment shortages as requested.
  • Process product warranties and repairs in the inventory systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working collaboratively with others, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have seen success in their previous positions due to their strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and ability to record information accurately. They will also be a team player with good relationship-building skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics role.
  • Experience working within the defence/aerospace industry is preferred.
  • Current Driver's Licence and forklift ticket required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and inventory management systems is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working to scheduled commitments.
  • Eligibility for an Australian Security Clearance at NV1 level.
