About the Role

This role requires a bilingual candidate with fluent language skills in Mandarin. You'll work across the city, developing and enhancing our work in key community development areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative programs, services, and events to meet community needs.
  • Align with strategic goals and objectives to support and build community connection, social cohesion, cultural awareness, and expression.
  • Work with communities and stakeholders to improve collective wellbeing and resilience.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and work cooperatively to achieve community outcomes.
  • Experience in working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
  • Project management, document preparation, and report writing.
