Community Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our community.

The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our precinct, creating a warm and engaging environment for customers, tenants, and the wider building community.

This involves providing personalized, high-calibre service, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. The role also entails overseeing the Concierge service request portal, ensuring all guest service requests are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities include facilitating & leading concierge services for customers, collaborating with our customer experience team to develop and deliver engaging events, and curating tailored activations and events that uniquely engage each location.

As a Community Ambassador, you will thrive on engaging with a diverse community, being interested in technology, digital innovation, and creative business, passionate about building communities and delivering outstanding service.

You will work closely with our customer experience team to ensure seamless delivery of events and activations that meet the needs of our community. This is an active and engaging role involving walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling throughout the day.
