The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Wagga Wagga. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for customer service excellence, and a drive for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, referral sources, and potential clients and their families.

Client Intake and Onboarding

Perform our client intake process to ensure timely and efficient commencement of services.

Service Coordination

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and complete service agreements, manage budgets, and coordinate services.

Communication and Reporting

Communicate effectively with all departments of Right at Home and report to the company director.

Requirements

  1. Experience and Skills

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement with a strong drive for growth and success.

Organizational and Communication Skills

High-level organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent presentation, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Relationship Building and Problem-Solving

Ability to build meaningful relationships with a wide variety of people and a passion for providing high-quality customer service, demonstrated problem-solving skills combined with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.

Technical and Certification Requirements

Strong computer skills with prior experience using MAC OS and MS Suite, current Driver's Licence, and National Police Check.

Knowledge and Certifications

Knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, and/or other community, healthcare-funded programs.
