About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with advisors, growers, industry influencers, and distribution partners to promote and sell the company's variety portfolio. Your primary focus will be on sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on market research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, growers, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage the seed release of new varieties with distribution partners.
- Represent the company at industry forums and events.
- Provide regular business forecast projections and market intelligence reports.
Requirements
