About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Principal Sales Engineer to join our team at Nuix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working directly with our most valued clients in a pre-sales capacity, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and deliver compelling solutions to clients, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth and revenue.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to support sales efforts and thought leadership.


About You



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A strong technical background, with experience in data analytics, digital forensics, or a related field.
  • Proven sales and account management experience, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales success.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
