- Develop and implement approved learning frameworks to enhance program quality
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure holistic care and support services
- Mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes and promote professional growth
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflection

- Experience as an Educational Leader or Director, leading and inspiring teams
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification), or working towards it
