Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our guests
  • Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently
  • Utilize our park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts accurately
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure accommodation is ready for guests
  • Supply guests with information about our property and local areas of interest
  • Perform day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous Front Office experience in the hospitality industry
  • Able to deliver exceptional Guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
