Ecological Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Ecological Project Lead to lead projects ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for conducting fieldwork with strict adherence to safety protocols, mentoring junior colleagues, and offering expertise on environmental regulations.

About the Role:

  • Leading ecological projects to ensure high-quality results and excellent client satisfaction;
  • Conducting fieldwork, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Mentoring junior staff members in ecological practices and techniques;
  • Developing detailed proposals and reports incorporating peer review for quality assurance;
  • Managing ecological portfolios and providing expertise on environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related fields;
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, approvals, and assessments;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or operational environments;
  • BAM Accredited Assessor or willingness to pursue accreditation;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for mentoring.
