About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with critical care experience to join our team in regional NT communities.
As a critical care nurse, you'll be employed by HealthX and seconded to work for one of our partners - a leading hospital or health service.
You'll have the opportunity to experience a new community and way of life, fast-track your career, and potentially make lifelong friends along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, patient-centered care in a critical care setting
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Critical Care experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level)
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritize workload
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience providing clinical, patient-centered care
