Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at HealthX. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide critical care to patients with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams
- Current AHPRA registration
- Critical Care experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level)
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritize workload
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience providing clinical, patient-centered care
- A thirst for new adventures
