Nurse - Calvary Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and quality lifestyle for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all clinical aspects of Tiwi residents and community clients based in Tiwi Islands.
- Practice independently and interdependently, assuming accountability and responsibility for your own actions and delegation of care to Enrolled Nurses and Support Workers within the program, state/territory, and CCC guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve goals and health outcomes for Calvary Aged Care and Community clients.
- Promote and maintain health and prevent illness for individuals with physical or mental illness, disabilities, and/or rehabilitation needs, as well as alleviate pain and suffering at the end stage of life.
- AHPRA nursing registration - Registered Nurse.
- Full Driver's License (essential).
- Experience in Aged Care Facility and Community Nursing in remote settings.
- Acute nursing experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
