Job Title: Critical Care Nurse
Job Summary:
HealthX is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in regional Australia. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be employed by HealthX and seconded to work for one of our partners - a leading hospital or health service. You will have the opportunity to experience a new community and way of life, fast-track your career, and potentially make some lifelong friends along the way.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in ongoing professional development and education
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Critical Care experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level)
* Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate and prioritize workload
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Experience providing clinical, patient-centered care
