Teaching Opportunity at Indie School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at Indie School, a progressive and independent school with a growing national network of campuses. Our schools are located in areas of socio-economic disadvantage, and we work with students who have found it difficult to engage with mainstream education for a variety of reasons.

As a Teacher at Indie School, you will play a vital role in reengaging students with learning, improving literacy and numeracy skills, and focusing on the next step in the learning journey for each student. Our highly experienced teaching team is supported by a Head of School, Assistant Heads of School, Education Support Assistants, and Welfare Officers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of State curricula and be able to write curriculum that provides adjustments for students. You will also be responsible for planning, writing, and delivering structured lessons that differentiate and personalize the learning for each student.
