Front Desk Representative Job Summary

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and set the tone for their experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting front desk area
  • Utilize digital tools and office systems effectively
  • Support colleagues and adapt to changing needs as required
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • A people-first attitude with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfort using email, calendars, and scheduling systems
  • Will to learn healthcare protocols and privacy practices
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
