About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administration officer/receptionist to join our brand new office in Wyong. Working with a national administration team, you will support business functions while performing reception duties at the front desk of the office.

This is a full-time position based in the office, working 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Your Duties:

  1. Managing incoming telephone enquiries and passing on messages as required.
  2. Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services.
  3. Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location, and skill set.
  4. Organising interpreter / AUSLAN services as required.
  5. Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness, and event preparation.
  6. Completing site audits as required.
  7. Listening and taking appropriate action from voicemail requests.
  8. Reviewing and forwarding faxes as required.
  9. Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients.
  10. Assisting with reporting as required.
  11. Performing other administrative duties as required.

Role requirements:

  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
  • Previous health knowledge or experience in the disability sector (desired, but not essential)
  • Friendly, personable nature capable of providing exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication skills in both spoken and written forms
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information
  • Skills in task prioritisation and multitasking
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to monitor personal workload and manage own time effectively
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children or Vulnerable Person Check
