Non-Conformity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Conformity Coordinator to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage non-conformities on purchased parts from ERP containment to purchase order placement and through all the reverse logistics flow.
- Perform stock movements, including restrictions, transfers, and scrap.
- Place and monitor NCR orders for new parts, warranty, and repairs in ERP (GSI), follow up quotations and lead times.
- Ensure lead times are respected for repair orders.
- Manage the reverse logistics back to the supplier with the outbound shipment team.
- Prioritize urgencies according to production lines needs and challenge material planners when a NC generates a missing part.
- Ensure accuracy of NCR purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepancies.
- Animate daily and weekly meetings with the involved stakeholders.
- Ensure product integrity for transfer from production line to restricted area, during restricted area storage and until shipment to the supplier.
- Reports state of blocked stock to Material Management.
- Graduated at least from Higher Education in Quality or Supply Chain.
- SAP experience.
