Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, execute and monitor project activities to deliver quality products and services on time and within budget.
  • Interpret technical specifications and project requirements to ensure successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors for assigned projects and tenders.
  • Prepare work packs and scopes of work as part of the Request for Quotations process.
  • Assist in reviewing proposals and conducting technical bid evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop detailed project specifications and quotes.
  • Manage, quote, and discuss technical deviations, potential variation orders, issues, and risks with customers and management.
  • Attend regular project meetings to address project timelines, risk management, project scope, and budget reviews, and contribute to lessons learned sharing.
  • Attend Pre-Inspection Meetings with the QAQC team at Vendor Shops and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Assist in monitoring construction during the fabrication stage, inspections, equipment installation, FAT, project completions, and assist in the pre-commissioning phase for any critical issues.
  • Review, coordinate, and properly record vendor documentation between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for proper project documentation works and document control for document-related deliverables.
  • Provide technical assistance to Sales Specialists for non-standard sales.Key Competencies
    • Good attitude and willingness to excel.

    • Some project management experience.
    • Knowledge of engineered product package systems is preferred.
    • Able to communicate technically with vendors, customers, and workshop technicians.
    • Familiar with the application of mechanical/piping/static equipment and packages is preferred.
    • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in engineering or related field.
    Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site-based, flexible working, hybrid, 50% travel across Europe, etc.
