Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Leader to join our team. As a key member of the front office department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the front office operations, ensuring seamless execution of service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging service.
- Handle guest concerns promptly, tracking and escalating issues to ensure memorable moments for our guests.
- Assume responsibility for day-to-day hotel operations across all departments in the absence of senior management.
- Drive loyalty sign-ups in line with regional targets and associated initiatives.
- Provide guidance, support training, and lead the Front Office team to achieve high performance standards.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, adhering to established protocols.
- Work flexible hours based on hotel demands and operational requirements.
- Implement and support revenue management strategies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make lasting impressions on our guests and possess a natural customer-centric approach.
- Necessary skills and training for effective complaint handling.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high security awareness.
- Outcome-driven approach to performance and results.
- Experience with PMS Systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Unlimited work rights in Australia.
