Kirinari Community Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Disability Support Worker to join our Complex Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with complex trauma and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote growth and well-being
- Provide hands-on support and assistance to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Qualification in Community Services (Cert IV) or equivalent
- Strong interest in youth work, mental health, and disability support
- Understanding of strength-based trauma-informed practice framework
- Ability to work shift work, including sleepovers and weekends
- Current Driver's Licence and ability to obtain NDIS Workers Screen Check and NSW Working with Children Check
