Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide in-home support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and social support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home support to clients with disabilities, including personal care, domestic activities, and transportation services
  • Assist clients with complex personal needs, with training provided prior to providing complex personal care shifts
  • Use a personal smartphone for work purposes and a reliable motor vehicle (if providing transport shifts)
Requirements
  • Passion for helping and supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desired)
  • Current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Unrestricted Drivers' Licence and a roadworthy vehicle (if transporting clients)
