We are seeking a Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our Perth Sales Team at Diverseco Pty Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional to play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across VIC, QLD & WA. As a Strategic Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads through referrals, online, social media, and own initiatives
  • Interacting positively with customers at every level, including phone calls, face-to-face interactions, cold calling, and site inspections
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Planning and time management to follow up on all leads
  • Maintaining records using CRM and ERP systems
  • Active participation in internal meetings, sales, and operations in a positive environment
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales and pipeline performance
  • Conducting market analysis and reporting on customer and competitor activity
  • Embodying the Diverseco vision and values
  • Bringing positive energy to all interactions

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
  • An understanding of the sales process
  • Results-driven approach with a passion for achieving targets
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Superior time management and coordinating skills
  • A current Australian driver's license
  • Full working rights within Australia

Nice to Have, but Not Essential

While not essential, having experience in capital sales with long sales cycles, civil and structural engineered products, exposure to the transport industry, understanding of selling service contracts, process planning, and mechanical aptitude would be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
