The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our Operational Leadership Team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the effective development and execution of our global sales strategy, ensuring seamless and unified sales approaches across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Business Development Globally: Continuously identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of new leads to drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and Execute Global Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales strategies that align with Globe's growth objectives.
- Optimise Sales Processes: Lead the optimisation and standardisation of sales processes, ensuring best practices are followed globally.
- Sales Team Alignment: Serve as a single point of contact, ensuring alignment between sales teams and senior leadership.
- Internal Partnerships: Effectively partner with internal stakeholders to ensure our sales strategy is fully integrated and drives growth.
- Sales Performance Management: Proactively monitor, manage, and report on sales performance across all regions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and implementing sales strategies globally.
- Strong Understanding of Sales Processes: A deep understanding of sales processes and a history of process improvement.
- Complex Market Management: Experience managing complex and diverse markets with a strong focus on driving results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
