Aged Care Manager Opportunity in Noosa QLD

This exciting opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of a brand new Aged Care facility in Queensland. As a leading provider, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Manager to lead our team.

The role involves maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a Monday-Friday shift pattern and excellent hours of 6:30am-3:30pm. You will be responsible for implementing a household model of care that prioritizes resident satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Senior Management role within Aged Care
  • Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High-level leadership capabilities to grow and develop the team
  • Positive attitude towards implementing innovative models
  • Clinical background as a Registered Nurse
