
Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to clients accessing The Orange Door services.
This key position requires advanced interpersonal communication skills to respond to diverse client needs, exercising professional judgment to ensure optimal service delivery.
As part of the Operations Team, this individual will work collaboratively with the Hub Manager and workforce to achieve client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to provide timely and efficient support to clients.
In addition, they will demonstrate a commitment to upholding Australian values and norms, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the achievement of client-focused objectives through effective collaboration and communication.
- Prioritize tasks to optimize service delivery and meet deadlines.
- Exercise professional judgment to respond to diverse client needs and preferences.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Working with Children Check.
- National Police Check and misconduct screening (for preferred candidates).
