Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Client Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll introduce Client Experience as a discipline across the organisation, driving key client service initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive key client service initiatives, projects, and process improvements using Human-Centered Design principles.
- Take ownership of escalated problems/complaints, ensuring closure for clients by working with investigations and service delivery teams.
- Report, provide analytics, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Work with clients to understand their experiences and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Design new services or support continuous improvement based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Human-Centered Design principles and practices.
- Strong ability to translate client feedback into practical, cost-effective service changes.
- Hands-on experience in actively working with clients to redesign service delivery and optimize experiences.
- Experience leading projects effectively and adopting an agile approach to service redesign.
- Ability to develop frameworks that meet client engagement requirements.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and adherence to the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy.
