Client Support Advocate

The position of Family Violence Support Worker is now available.
This role involves working in a dynamic team environment to support clients impacted by family violence, providing crisis intervention and casework services.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency in record-keeping, data entry, and document preparation.
Effective communication skills are essential for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally and sensitively.
A foundational understanding of risk assessment in the context of family violence and a demonstrated willingness to actively develop skills in crisis intervention and casework are required.
About YouYou will hold a qualification in social work, community services or a related field, with experience working with adults, young people, and children from diverse backgrounds facing complex challenges.
