Welcome to Affinity Education Group, a leading provider of early learning services in Regional NSW. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leader to join our team as a Centre Manager at Warners Bay Milestones Early Learning.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and leadership, with experience in managing day-to-day operations and creating connections with the local community. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting educators to meet/exceed national quality standards, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About the Role:

  • Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting financial targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with families and the wider community, promoting the centre's services and driving occupancy growth.
  • Mentor and support educators to achieve high-quality care and education outcomes, aligning with Affinity's values and mission.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Strong marketing skills and ability to drive occupancy growth through strategic partnerships.
