Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Head of School of Education. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will provide strategic oversight and academic leadership to ensure excellence in all aspects of the School's operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing curriculum development and innovative teaching practices.
- Leading research and scholarship initiatives within the School.
- Building strategic relationships with external stakeholders and promoting Excelsia's programs.
- Managing academic and operational activities to provide a high-quality experience for students and staff.
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced and dynamic leader with a passion for education and a commitment to Christian values. Key qualifications and experience include:
- PhD in Education or a related discipline.
- At least five years of teaching or practice-based experience in education.
- Proven academic leadership, including curriculum development and team management.
- A strong research profile with publications in high-quality academic journals.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise postgraduate research.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of AUD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes superannuation, annual leave, and other employee entitlements.
