Overview

Join to apply for the Property Manager role at Mondrian Seoul Itaewon. This dual-role opportunity is at the brand-new Mondrian Gold Coast Residences, comprising 84 exclusive residences adjacent to the 204-room Mondrian Hotel. We are seeking a confident and service-led Property Manager to lead day-to-day concierge operations while supporting the Director of Residences with the onsite exclusive letting portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the exclusive onsite letting service.
  • Support resident onboarding, lease preparation, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage tenant move-ins/outs, inspections and general liaison.
  • Assist in ensuring all letting activity aligns with brand standards and building expectations.
  • Lead the Concierge team and oversee daily concierge operations, escalating building matters where needed.
  • Coach and mentor the front-facing team in service standards, discretion and brand alignment.

We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated professional who can navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will have:

  • A strong focus and passion for resort operations.
  • Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.
  • Ability to think strategically and plan on a mid to long term scale.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
Qualifications

Queensland Real Estate License or Residential Letting License – desirable
