Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to shape our written communications for high-stakes client engagements. This 4-month contract role is focused on developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality content that supports responses to public and private sector tenders, proposals, and bespoke learning solutions.

Please note this is a fixed-term contract role.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop tailored, persuasive content for government and corporate proposals.
  • Audit and refresh existing materials to ensure relevance and consistency.
  • Establish and manage a centralized content library with version control.
  • Create indexed tools to help teams navigate and adapt content efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate content accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to continuously improve content quality.
About You
  • Proven experience in content writing or bid/proposal writing in B2B/B2G environments.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes across public and private sectors.
  • Exceptional written communication and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong version-control and content management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document design tools.
  • Marketing qualifications desirable but not essential.
