Content Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who has an interest in production and social media, with a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proactive attitude with a willingness to help and learn. They will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and possess basic editing skills.

In this role, you will ideate and support the creation of social-first ideas and tactics, partner with creators and video teams to develop content for various social platforms, and communicate effectively with producers and account managers. You will also pitch-in creative ideas to the team and management, work with the Content Director and Senior Producer to conceptualise brand content strategies, and create original real-time content based on trending memes and pop culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and support the creation of social-first ideas and tactics.
  • Partner with creators and video teams to develop content for various social platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with producers and account managers.
  • Pitch-in creative ideas to the team and management.
  • Work with the Content Director and Senior Producer to conceptualise brand content strategies.
  • Create original real-time content based on trending memes and pop culture.
  • Track weekly and monthly analytics and performance, providing optimisations as necessary.
  • Edit content and manage data workflow, ensuring footage and files are stored correctly and handled confidentially.
