Job Title: Content Development Specialist

This role involves developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and content creation, preferably within the lifestyle or family-focused spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content across various product categories, including fashion, home, toys, and everyday essentials.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and translate that insight into compelling content.
  • Edit video and image content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent, ensuring output is visually strong and platform-ready.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign and commercial objectives.
  • Proactively identify and respond to cultural moments, trends, and topics relevant to parenting and modern family life.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing and content creation, preferably within lifestyle, parenting, or family-focused spaces.
  • Experience producing content across diverse product categories.
  • Advanced proficiency in content editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or similar).
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms and how to create content designed natively for each.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills.
