We are seeking an experienced Content Developer to craft engaging documentation and visual presentations for a leading financial institution undergoing a significant technology transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communicator to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

  • Simplify complex technical concepts into clear language and compelling visuals to support stakeholder understanding of technical and functional requirements.
  • Develop high-quality artefacts such as testing strategies, readiness guides, technical specs, and external-facing presentation packs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, review, and finalise content across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity across all documentation, aligning with internal standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Partnering with SMEs and project managers to develop high-quality content.
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical writing and content creation.
  • Strong capabilities with documentation and tools including Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, consistent deliverables.
  • Some understanding of financial or regulatory frameworks.
