Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to develop engaging content and foster a strong community that drives customer advocacy and growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creating compelling content for articles, whitepapers, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media collateral.
  • Managing the daily operations of the community, including content, imagery, gamification assets, and site maintenance.
  • Developing comprehensive content calendars and timelines around community engagement activities and content distribution.
  • Briefing and coordinating the development of content across the community and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating promotional events and interviews to raise awareness of the community.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key community members, influencers, and experts, as well as internal community stakeholders and moderators.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in writing for a B2B financial services audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in email campaign and website management.
