The Tax Consulting Division requires a high-calibre administrative professional to support its team by providing top-notch administrative support, ensuring client and team needs are met.
This is an opportunity for an intermediate administrative professional to grow their career in a welcoming and encouraging team environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to new client enquiries, collating documents, preparing invoices, and liaising with the Australian Taxation Office.
They will also set-up jobs, budgets, and tasks, manage the Debtors process, maintain the client database system, update workflows, and assist members of the team with ad-hoc tasks.
This role requires an experienced administrative professional with initiative, independence, and strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience as a personal assistant is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be a current Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a suitable working visa.
