Job Title: Key Contract Professional

We are seeking a seasoned contract professional to support our procurement strategy and ensure seamless delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Sustaining a crucial role in managing contracts, ensuring timely completion and resolution of claims.
  • Coordinating contract variation, subcontractor and supplier claims, and contract finalisation tasks such as defect management and variation tracking.
  • Working with the team to compile monthly reports, maintaining transparency and accountability.

We're looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in project-based contract and financial administration, particularly in major building developments.

You'll be a self-motivated professional who thrives in a close-knit team environment, with resilience to tackle obstacles and achieve goals.

Desirable requirements include:

  • Completed construction degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 - 6 years commercial experience on site.
  • Experience using construction software (training provided).
