Senior Project Engineer Position

As a key professional in our organization, you will be responsible for leading various client projects across multiple technology domains. These include infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and business application deployments.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion for project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Effective project delivery as assigned by the project coordinator or manager is crucial.
  • You will also assist in scoping projects and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) where necessary.
  • Providing regular updates to the project coordinator, project manager, technical services manager, and service manager is vital.
  • Documentation of all project steps and implementation is essential.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
  • 7+ years of experience in IT with expertise in Microsoft server technologies including Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Server, and Configuration Manager
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting solutions in Microsoft Azure including Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V, and KVM
  • Windows Server management skills from 2008 to 2016
  • Networking fundamentals knowledge, CCNA certification, and familiarity with Sophos, WatchGuard, Aruba, and Fortinet
  • Solid understanding of ITIL service delivery methodologies
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage and backup technologies including Veeam
  • Proficiency in BrightGauge and/or Power BI
