Manual Handling Specialist

">">Job Description:

The Manual Handling Specialist will play a key role in providing manual handling coaching, education, and support to the Aged Care Division. This includes delivering and improving Baptcare's Manual Handling Training Program across the division.

">">Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and continuous improvement of Baptcare's Manual Handling Training Program
  • Provide specialist manual handling support/advice/tools to the Aged Care Division
  • Improve WHS performance and reduce manual handling injuries through coaching and instruction
  • Risk Assessment and review of Manual Handling tasks when required
">">Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have a degree level or higher qualification in ergonomics, allied health, or equivalent. They must also have 5+ years' experience in delivering safety training, including manual handling training in a multi-site environment.
