Fleet Asset Management Professional Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Asset Manager to join our team in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective inspection, maintenance, and operational readiness of our light & heavy vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing fleet asset programs in transport, waste or industrial services environments, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate vehicle builds and deployments across multi-site or field-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop vehicle specifications that meet operational needs and align with national fleet standards
  • C Coordinate with OEMs and body builders to ensure timely delivery and effective issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and performance data

Requirements:

  • Degree in logistics, engineering or a related field (desirable)
  • Proven experience in capital planning, delivery scheduling, and monitoring asset performance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational, commercial, and procurement functions
