Job Title:

Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
  • Lead a team to ensure hire fleet assets are maintained, prepared, and returned to high standards.
  • Ensure all hire fleet assets meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee safe transport preparation and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage asset documentation, stocktakes, and administration of asset management systems.
  • Identify and carry out repairs, retrofits, and quality checks.
  • Plan resources to meet business objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe transport preparation and compliance with safety requirements.
  • Asset management, including documentation and stocktakes.
  • Repair, retrofit, and quality check processes.
  • Resource planning to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Current Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
  • Lean manufacturing industry experience.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Practical skills with hand tools and ability to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel).
