Fleet Asset Optimization Professional

The Fleet Asset Optimization Professional will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of asset systems through data analysis, reporting, and insights. The goal is to optimize fleet utilization, reduce costs, and improve overall asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze fleet maintenance system data to ensure accuracy and reconcile with fixed asset registers.
  • Develop and report on fleet profiles, age profiles, and data governance.
  • Provide insights on fleet utilization, fuel cards, and e-tags.
  • Prepare and publish information on fleet activities.
  • Support vehicle maintenance schedules and capital expenditure reporting.
  • Assist with asset management, telematics system administration, and budget development.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in transport industry with knowledge of assets and equipment.
  • Knowledge of asset-related systems, including Fixed Assets registers and maintenance systems.
  • High-level capability with Excel spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Experience with fleet management systems and governance asset data.
  • Knowledge of vehicle registration processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
