We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused All-Round Guest Services professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As an integral member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception: Greet and welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out processes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Guest Activities: Plan and deliver engaging social events and activities that foster a sense of community among our guests.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas.
  • Food & Beverage: Ensure the preparation and service of food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. Ideally, you will have previous experience in customer service or hospitality, and be certified in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and First Aid.
